Applicable government taxes, and no service charge.
Deposit
Rooms must be secured with payment of advance money by cash or credit card.
Reservation
The stay is guaranteed for the entire duration and any check-out before the above mentioned departure date would be charged in full.
Cancellation
Written cancellation received at least 3 days in advance of the stay - no charge; Less than 1 days - we will charge the equivalent of one night's stay.
Date Change
We will be happy to change reservation dates if we are notified at least 7 days in advance of your stay; less notice transfer dates will be confirmed only if we are able to re-rent your room.
No Show
We will charge the equivalent of the total bill.
Check-in Policy
Check in time is 12.00 Noon. Early check-in between 9am to 12pm is possible (free of charge) can be confirmed subject to availability, only upon arrival to hotel and not in advance. For check-in prior to 9am, an extra night tariff shall be applicable.
Check-out Policy
Check-out time is 11.00am. Late check-out between 11am to 1pm is possible (free of charge) subject to availability, only at the time of check-out and not in advance. For check-out after 1 pm an extra night tariff shall be applicable.
Identity Proof
Guest is not allowed to stay without proper Identity Card proof, PAN card are not accepted as Identity proof.
Other Policies
Our hotel is reserve the right of admission to ensure safety and comfort of guests. This may include cases such as local residents, unmarried and unrelated couples’ among others
